Transforming a Life with a Simple Act of Generosity

by Amelia Garrison

Have you noticed that you feel good when you are generous? Studies show that generosity not only benefits the recipient, but also boosts well-being and quiets down anxiety in those that give. Whether it’s helping a neighbor, supporting a friend, or being present for the ones we love, the simple act of generosity builds stronger communities and transforms lives.
