Chris Cosgrove, MBA, is the Chief Administrative Officer for the Pacific Neuroscience Institute Medical Group and the Chief Operating Officer for the Pacific Neuroscience Institute Foundation. He is an accomplished healthcare executive and business leader with nearly two decades of experience leading teams in non-profit health centers, academic medicine, private medical groups, and philanthropic foundations. Chris is passionate about developing and scaling patient-centered healthcare delivery programs and collaborating with physicians, research scientists and business thought leaders to drive innovation and advancements in organizational development.
Prior to joining the Pacific Neuroscience Institute, Chris was the Senior Director of Administration and Operations at the Children’s Hospital of Chicago. In his role, Chris oversaw finance, operations, business strategy, and philanthropic integration for the Departments of Surgery and Anesthesia. In addition, Chris managed the research and medical education programs in partnership with Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine and McGaw Medical Center.
A native Angeleno, Chris previously served in various leadership roles for a regional medical group with centers in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and Culver City.
Chris earned an MBA at National Louis University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
