Nose & Sinus Conditions Treated by Our Specialists

We treat both neurological and non‑neurological conditions affecting the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, including:

Treatments & Procedures

Our medical and surgical treatment offerings include a wide range of advanced, personalized options for nose and sinus conditions:

  • Image-Guided Endoscopic Sinus Surgery
A minimally invasive technique using small cameras and instruments under CT image guidance to restore normal sinus drainage and function—often used for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.
  • Nasal Polyp Removal
Endoscopic removal of soft, noncancerous growths that can obstruct the nasal passages and sinuses, typically related to chronic inflammation. This is commonly performed concurrent to endoscopic sinus surgery.
  • In-Office Balloon Sinuplasty
A gentle, minimally invasive option performed in the office to open blocked sinuses using a small balloon catheter, with minimal discomfort and downtime.
  • Functional Septorhinoplasty
A reconstructive procedure that improves both breathing and nasal structure, often used to treat nasal valve collapse or deformities caused by injury.
  • Liquid Rhinoplasty
A non-surgical procedure using dermal fillers to temporarily reshape the nose, often used to smooth contours or address small asymmetries.
  • Nasal & Septal Fracture Repair
Realignment and stabilization of broken nasal bones or cartilage due to trauma, restoring both form and function.
  • Nosebleeds Treatment
Management of recurrent or severe nosebleeds through cauterization, nasal packing, or addressing underlying structural or vascular issues.
  • Inferior Turbinate Reduction
A procedure that reduces the size and reactivity of the inferior turbinates–structures that can typically lead to nasal obstruction, mucus production, and allergy symptoms. This is often performed through radiofrequency ablation or submucous resection.
  • Cosmetic Rhinoplasty
Surgery to reshape the external nose for aesthetic enhancement or combined with septoplasty to improve breathing and appearance.
  • Septoplasty (Deviated Septum Repair)
Surgical correction of a deviated nasal septum to improve airflow and relieve nasal obstruction, often performed with turbinate reduction.
  • Taste & Smell Disorders Treatments
Medical management and smell retraining therapy to help patients recover or improve lost or distorted senses of smell and taste, often after viral infections or inflammation.

Comprehensive Nose & Sinus Diagnostics & Services

Our ENT doctors are specialized in diagnosing a broad array of nose and sinus issues using the latest diagnostic equipment and tests.

Nasal Endoscopic Evaluation

A nasal endoscopic evaluation is one of the first steps in diagnosis prior to treatment. Using state-of-the-art endoscopes and cameras our surgeons examine the inside of the nasal and sinus cavities. In some cases, a biopsy is performed at the same time. This pre-operative evaluation is important as it provides direct visualization of the intra-nasal and sinus anatomy. This evaluation is safe, brief and painless.

Diagnostic Imaging

Imaging studies, typically magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with gadolinium and/or a computer tomography (CT) scan are performed. Sometimes focused MRIs of the pituitary region, temporal bones, internal auditory canals or orbits may be needed to obtain better anatomical detail of a tumor. Other tests may also be needed such as angiography (typically now performed as a CT angiogram or an MR angiogram), magnetic resonance spectroscopy, positron emission tomography (PET), visual field tests, audiograms or hormonal lab tests.

Biopsy

For patients with masses that are visible on nasal endoscopic evaluation, often a biopsy, is performed prior to treatment. Biopsy means obtaining a small amount of the mass for microscopic examination and identification. Biopsy is not always possible or necessary and this is determined by endoscopic evaluation and imaging characteristics.
