Accepting New Patients

Alexander M. Solomon, MD, is a neuro-ophthalmologist and strabismus surgeon at Pacific Neuroscience Institute in Santa Monica and Torrance, CA. Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, Dr. Solomon obtained his undergraduate degree at Harvard University. He moved to Los Angeles after college to pursue research in the neurochemistry of the retina at UCLA for 3 years and subsequently completed medical school at Keck School of Medicine of USC. This was followed by an internship in internal medicine in Long Beach and postgraduate ophthalmology training at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. He elected to pursue fellowship training in neuro-ophthalmology and strabismus surgery at the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania. Dr. Solomon has presented on neuro-ophthalmologic disease and management at local and national meetings and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
