Roadmap to Brain Wellness:
Roadmap to Brain Wellness offers a personalized consultation with Karen Miller, PhD, Senior Director of the Lifestyle Program. You will work with Dr. Miller to discuss your health goals and develop a customized plan to optimize your brain functioning.
Vital Minds is designed for individuals experiencing age-related cognitive changes or MCI. This program focuses on brain-healthy behaviors, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress reduction, cognitive stimulation, and memory retention strategies.
FitBrain, led by Ryan Glatt, MS, CPT, Senior Brain Health Coach and FitBrainSM Director, combines cognitive training and exercise. This research-based program aims to optimize brain health and enhance cognitive function.
Memory Care is tailored for individuals in early-stages Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, and their care partners. This program offers custom memory techniques, stress reduction strategies, innovative mind-body stimulation approaches, and valuable support for care partners.
Lifestyle Coaching sessions are led by Registered Dietician & Senior Lifestyle Coach, Molly Rapozo, MS, RDN, CD. These sessions focus on fostering healthy lifestyle behaviors related to sleep, stress management, exercise, and diet
