Psychedelic-Assisted Clinical Trials at Pacific Neuroscience Institute

Our clinical trials work at TRIP is aiming to help develop novel psychedelic therapies and advance psychedelic medicines including psilocybin, LSD derivatives, 5-MeO-DMT and MDMA towards FDA approval.

We will continue conducting clinical trials for conditions such as depression, anxiety, addiction and grief. In the future, we plan to expand our focus to trials in patients with brain injury and neurodegenerative conditions such as traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, mild cognitive impairment, dementia, and pain syndromes. It is in these areas where the neuroplasticity-promoting effects of psychedelics may be “game-changers” in helping to restore cognitive function, halt further deterioration and ultimately improve quality of life.
