Jared Chow is a certified physician assistant at Pacific Neuroscience Institute, Providence Saint John’s Health Center with a specialization in Neuro-oncology.
A Los Angeles native, Jared is a graduate of UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He completed his physician assistant degree at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California and obtained his Master’s degree in medical science from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania.
Jared has been a physician assistant for four years with experience in Neurosurgery at Keck Hospital of USC where he assisted in spine surgery. He also has experience in hematology/oncology at The Oncology Institute of Hope & Innovation.
Jared is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and board certified by the State of California Physician Assistant Board.
Being a physician assistant is his second career. Jared previously worked as a paramedic for ten years where he experienced limitations in the medical services he could provide and depth of relationship with his patients. In his new profession he provides complete and comprehensive care tailored specifically to each patient’s personal need.
