Louie Schwartzberg is an award-winning cinematographer, director, and producer whose notable career spans more than four decades providing breathtaking imagery that tells stories celebrating Life and the human spirit.

Louie’s theatrical releases include Fantastic Fungi, narrated by Brie Larson, the 3D IMAX film Mysteries of the Unseen World with National Geographic, narrated by Forest Whitaker; the theatrical feature, Wings of Life for Disney Nature, narrated by Meryl Streep, and the feature film America’s Heart and Soul for Walt Disney Studios. His Soarin’ Around the World ride film is one the most popular attractions at Disney Theme Parks worldwide.

Louie’s Visual Healing projects is a virtual immersive program of his Moving Art, availing his stunning award-winning body of work  to health and wellness institutions and organizations wanting to bring a sense of natural wonder, beauty, serenity, rejuvenation and well-being to their environment.  

At the UCSD’s brand new Jacobs’s Medical Center, Louie’s imagery is in every room giving the patients the power to choose where in the world they want to go to be healed, hoping to reduce anxiety and stress on patients and caregivers.  His visual healing is also being used at the University of Texas Dallas Center for Brain Health. Louie is at the cutting edge of exploring these visual healing modalities.
