Administrative Director, PNI Foundation

Karter oversees the strategic, operational and philanthropic efforts of the PNI Foundation in support of the PNI physician programs, Centers of Excellence, and innovative research initiatives. She works in partnership with the Saint John’s Health Center Foundation development team and the PNI Founders (Drs. Kelly, Griffiths, Krauss and Kesari) to foster relationships with individuals, foundations, and corporations to support the life-changing work of PNI. As the Administrative Director of the PNI Foundation, Karter helps expand support programs and advance clinical trials, fellowship training, physician and patient education, and community outreach for PNI.

Karter is a proud alumna of the University of Southern California and a USC Trojans Women’s Soccer national champion. She joined the PNI Foundation after working at the Saint John’s Foundation and has been intimately involved in PNI since its inception, having facilitated the PNI Launch event in January 2017 and initial marketing campaigns. Karter is inspired by the physicians, nurses and support staff of PNI and the work they are doing and is excited to play a part in building this organization. She is dedicated to fueling the innovative work of PNI through fundraising support and helping raise awareness.
