Caroline Mekhiel has over 12 years of marketing and communication experience, supporting various health systems and academic medical centers across Southern California. Prior to joining PNI she held a Marketing Administrator position at Keck Medicine of USC.
Caroline is experienced in utilizing marketing analytics, project management and customer relationship management software programs such as Salesforce. In addition, she has led strategic planning and development on a variety of multicultural marketing campaigns utilizing in-language marketing channels to reach target demographics both locally and internationally. Throughout her career Caroline has supported key-service lines and programs with an emphasis on implementing innovative strategies that drive volume and growth.
In her role at Pacific Neuroscience Institute she will be responsible for developing digital marketing tactics, overseeing data analysis, and seeking new marketing opportunities that will focus on PNI’s growth and development. In addition, Caroline will also help develop and execute marketing strategy and campaigns for PNI’s centers of excellence.
Caroline is an accomplished marketing leader and is proud to have been awarded and recognized by the Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Association in 2015 and 2016 and by the Aster Awards, honoring excellency in health care advertising in 2015 and 2016. She hopes to continue her expansion into marketing technologies and automation to provide leading-edge marketing strategies and techniques for the programs and organizations she serves.
