Bersabel Belay, MBA

Bersabel Belay, MBA, is an Accounting Manager who works with our organization to help PNIF with its ongoing accounting and financial analysis needs. Bersabel joins PNIF from SRO Housing Corporation, a non-profit supportive services provider, and a housing developer for low income/homeless clients in Los Angeles. Over the course of her career, Bersabel has worked in finance and accounting for for-profit and non-profit industries utilizing her skills to help organizations meet their financial goals;  providing complex financial analysis, managing various government and private funders and ensuring compliance to grant requirements as well as developing cost-savings and budget-maximizing strategies. 

Bersabel is an avid volunteer for other non-profit organizations including Youth Link of America, Hollywood Christian Life Center, and Rainbow Humanitarian Care-Takers Foundation and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from Addis Ababa University, and an MBA with emphasis in International Business Management from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
