Roadmap to Brain Wellness Consult

In-person or virtual

Brain Wellness Consult with Senior Director of Lifestyle Program, Karen Miller, PhD, is a single session where you and Dr. Miller will discuss your brain health goals and create a customized Roadmap to Brain Wellness to ensure optimal brain functioning.

FitBrain℠

In-person or virtual

This unique program combines cognitive training and exercise simultaneously in supervised, 1-hour sessions (in-person or virtual) with FitBrain Director and Instructor, Ryan Glatt MS, CPT, NBC-HWC. FitBrain has been developed upon scientific research that demonstrates the cognitive, emotional, and physical benefits of cognitive-motor-dual-tasking.

Vital Minds℠

In-person or virtual

Catered towards individuals experiencing cognitive changes. Vital Minds (in-person or virtual) covers brain-healthy behaviors such as diet, exercise, sleep, stress reduction, cognitive stimulation, and memory strategies.

Memory Care

In-person or virtual

Memory Care is for both individuals experiencing memory loss (early stages of Alzheimer’s disease or dementia) and for their loved one or care partner. You’ll learn memory techniques, stress-reduction strategies, and new ways to stimulate the mind and body while providing support for care partners.

Memory Care is offered as both a group or individual format. Individual sessions may be held virtually or in-person.

Lifestyle Coaching & Brain Health Optimization

Virtual Only

Lifestyle Coaching sessions (virtual) focus on healthy lifestyle behaviors around sleep, stress management, exercise, and/or nutrition with Registered Dietician & Senior Nutrition and Health Educator, Molly Rapozo, MS, RDN, CD.
